Community Leadership

A Resident-Led Community
At Hallmark Townhouse/Townhomes HOA, we keep things simple. Unlike larger associations with complex hierarchies and formal boards, our HOA operates through a volunteer-led model. We believe this keeps our community personal, efficient, and focused on what really matters: maintaining our homes and enjoying our neighborhood.

Current Leadership
Currently, the Association is managed by a Volunteer Leader who generously contributes their time to keep our community running smoothly.

The Volunteer Leader handles the following essential tasks:
  • Website Management: Keeping residents informed through this digital portal.
  • Dues Collection: Ensuring all unit owners are up to date with their contributions.
  • Accounts Payable: Managing and paying the bills for the association, including insurance, trash services, and landscaping contracts.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Acting as the point of contact for shared maintenance, such as tree trimming and grounds care.
Get Involved
Because we are a small group of only six owners, we rely on the spirit of cooperation. While we do not have a formal board, we encourage open communication between all neighbors. If you have a question about the budget, a suggestion for the grounds, or would like to volunteer your time to help with a community project, please use our Contact Form. We are always happy to have an extra set of hands or a fresh perspective!
